I take a simple, 3-phase approach to working with businesses.
We start with a 30-minute conversation to understand your business and what you’re looking to improve. If it feels like a good fit, I’ll follow up with an email outlining our next steps.
The first phase is about understanding your business from a customer’s point of view. How people currently experience it, what’s working well, and what may be causing confusion or missed opportunities.
The second phase is where we make improvements across your business so it feels clearer and more connected for customers, both in person and online.
The final phase is about refining those improvements over time, making small adjustments so everything continues to work smoothly in practice.

I've worked with clients across the United States and Canada. A lot of my work is remote, and am based on the west coast of the USA, but I also value and enjoy in-person collaboration.
I’ve been around small business my whole life, coming from a family of entrepreneurs, as an entrepreneur myself, and through my career working with small businesses. They are the backbone of our economy, making up close to 99% of U.S. businesses and impacting every community. It brings me joy to see small business thrive, and it's where I feel I can make the most impact.
