My interest in business and design started early, growing up in a family of entrepreneurs. From reading business biographies to writing out my own business ideas, I’ve always been drawn to how businesses are built.
Over time, I moved from studying businesses to building them. I’ve launched three ventures to date, beginning with a corporate communications practice supporting clients with investor relations, PR, and marketing initiatives, followed by two footwear brands in Canada and the United States. Working across design, development, communications, and retail gave me a practical understanding of how product businesses operate and the challenges involved in aligning all the moving parts.
This led me to pursue a Master’s in Product Design & Development Management at Northwestern University, where I deepened my understanding of design thinking, product development, and business systems.
Today, I work with business owners to uncover opportunities that will improve the customer experience in person and online.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with a good coffee, on a forest trail, reading, or planning my next adventure.
